As you build your business, you’ll inevitably make mistakes. Today I want to help you skip some of the learning curve by sharing a few tips I picked up throughout the years as I worked toward creating a billion-dollar business:
1. Prioritize habits over discipline. Doing things on autopilot, such as calling your clients and planning your marketing, will help you get things done more consistently and efficiently.
2. Establish a system. Your systems will help you schedule necessary tasks and make sure you’re on top of things.
3. Have great people on your team. You need people on your team who can expertly do their jobs and increase your business’s productivity. This allows you to focus on income-generating activities.
4. Work with great people. When you already have the first three on this list, adding a great culture to the equation will bring everything together.
