Here’s how we make buying and selling at the same time easier.
Today I’m joined by our lead buyer’s agent, Michelle Mueller, to talk about some common concerns you may have about buying a new home and selling your current one simultaneously. We specialize in helping our clients do this and prioritize making the process simple and stress-free. Here are three ways we do that:
1. Connect you with a great lender. They’ll find out if you need to sell to be able to buy. We have a plan for you whether you do or don’t.

2. Help you find the right property. We can do a lot of the preparation in advance so that by the time you find the right home, we can have your current house ready to list. We’ll photograph, stage, and do all the paperwork ahead of time so that it’s ready to go to market when you find your new home.
3. Negotiate storage space. We work hard to make sure you have storage space for your items so that it’s a smooth transition from one home to the next.
